Born and raised in Woodstock, IL, Katie Day grew up on the historic Woodstock square. Locals affectionately call these type of people, "square rats." Proud of her heritage, Katie Day decided to take the nickname and run with it.
Katie is a married domestic engineer who graduated college in 2003 with an extensive art background. Looking for alternative opportunities to contribute to her family financially, she decided to put her art background to work. And with that squarerat.com was born.
